About the role
- Senior Solutions Engineer at Edged Data Centers focusing on technical solutions for hyperscale data centers. Partnering with clients to develop sustainable data center designs while fostering relationships with key industry decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead technical customer engagements for hyperscale data centers
- Lead customer-facing engineering functions, site tours, technical calls, and design reviews
- Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with key technical decision-makers
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams
- Work closely with sales, product development, engineering, and operations teams
- Assist in developing and delivering compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering required
- Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on technical data center engineering experience
- Comprehensive understanding of data center development and construction processes
- Expert-level knowledge in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering systems
- Strong application software skills including MS Office, Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
