About the role

  • Security Manager responsible for developing site security plans and managing security personnel. Overseeing sensitive information management while ensuring compliance with PSPC requirements in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Develop/document site security plan in conjunction with key stakeholders according to PSPC requirements
  • Chair and document security meetings
  • Manage access control for secure projects
  • Oversee risk management for incidents/breaches
  • Handle sensitive/protected/classified information
  • Assist in obtaining security designations for new projects
  • Manage PSOS forms for subcontractor sponsorship
  • Submit forms for personnel clearance and site access

Requirements

  • Business administration degree or diploma
  • Minimum five years of security clearance administration experience
  • Experience managing security personnel
  • Leadership experience, including remote team management
  • Knowledge of construction project setup and site security plans
  • Experience as an Alternate Company Security Office (ACSO) is an asset
  • Bilingual (English and French) is required
  • ASIS Certification is an asset
  • Must have Secret Clearance through CISD (PWSGC) or be eligible
