About the role

  • AI Product Manager leading AI-powered recruiting capabilities across Employ’s Jobvite, Lever, and JazzHR talent acquisition platforms. Driving responsible, intuitive automation that improves recruiter productivity for 23,000+ organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered capabilities across the Employ platform
  • Identify opportunities where AI can improve customer workflows, productivity, and customer outcomes
  • Define product vision and prioritize investments across Employ's recruiting solutions, including Lever, Jobvite, and JazzHR
  • Lead the evolution of AI assistants, agents, conversational experiences, intelligent recommendations, automation, and AI insights
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into customer solutions
  • Work with design to create intuitive, trusted, user-centered AI experiences
  • Establish product success metrics and use customer feedback, experimentation, analytics, and market research to improve AI products
  • Collaborate with legal, privacy, and compliance teams on responsible AI and regulatory requirements
  • Balance innovation with reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and outcomes to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support product launches, customer adoption, and go-to-market activities
  • Partner with engineering, design, data science, customer success, sales, marketing, legal, and compliance teams

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience delivering customer-facing software products
  • Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products
  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI-powered products or partnering with AI, machine learning, or data science teams
  • Strong product strategy skills, including roadmap development, prioritization, and outcome-driven decision making
  • Experience translating emerging technologies into intuitive customer experiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-informed decision-making ability
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, and business teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leadership
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Preferred: experience in recruiting, HR technology, or enterprise workflow software
  • Preferred: experience launching generative AI, conversational AI, copilots, agents, or other AI-powered product experiences
  • Preferred: familiarity with large language models, machine learning concepts, prompt engineering, or AI evaluation methodologies
  • Preferred: experience with responsible AI principles, explainability, fairness, privacy, and emerging AI regulations
  • Preferred: experience balancing innovation with enterprise-scale reliability, security, and customer trust
