About the role
- Senior AI Developer responsible for architecting and evolving AI platform capabilities at Euna Solutions. Leading CI/CD and tooling adoption while mentoring team members in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and evolution of the shared components, libraries, and platform capabilities
- Design and build the CI/CD patterns, deployment pipelines, observability tooling, and developer workflows
- Lead the team on AI tooling adoption
- Carry work from requirements shaping and solution design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration
- Articulate a clear engineering direction to your team and to stakeholders
- Actively grow the engineers around you
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on software development
- Deep proficiency in at least one modern backend or full-stack language
- Strong AWS experience—fluent with Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch
- Deep grasp of SaaS architecture principles
- Proven track record building developer platforms and delivery systems
- Expert-level understanding of agentic system design
- Hands-on experience with production agentic tooling
- Demonstrated experience delivering production, client-facing agentic solutions end-to-end
- Strong understanding of database design and data persistence fundamentals
