Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers and technicians in project delivery; meet with clients and coordinate team activities with other disciplines.
Manage budgets and resources allocated to each assignment.
Ensure rigorous administrative management of projects and assume responsibility for them (billing, collections, contract management, etc.).
Participate in design and the preparation of drawings and specifications.
Contribute to the preparation of service proposals and work plans.
Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with colleagues, clients, partner contractors, key suppliers, and subcontractor representatives.
Perform any other duties related to the role.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Licensed member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
Minimum of 7 years' professional experience in bridges and structural works.
Knowledge of the requirements of the Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable (MTMD) and the Société des Ponts Jacques-Cartier et Champlain Incorporée (PJCCI).
Strong analytical skills, leadership, and excellent communication abilities.
