About the role

Responsibilities

  • Shape and prioritize the quantitative research agenda in partnership with EDC teams
  • Lead the evolution of customer and market measurement frameworks, including NPS and survey-based metrics
  • Develop market sizing, segmentation, and opportunity analysis methodologies
  • Lead complex end-to-end quantitative research initiatives
  • Program, test, and deploy surveys using Qualtrics
  • Develop analysis plans and apply advanced statistical techniques
  • Analyze quantitative data using SPSS and other tools
  • Optimize surveys, sampling, metrics, and analytical methodologies
  • Guide external research vendors and oversee the quality of deliverables
  • Integrate primary and secondary research, operational data, and external market intelligence
  • Interpret complex datasets and translate findings into recommendations
  • Analyze customer experience across the stages of the customer journey
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Qualtrics
  • Communicate insights to stakeholders and senior executives
  • Use generative AI responsibly, ethically, and to a high standard
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders and influence decision-making
  • Establish research standards, governance principles, and best practices
  • Advise, coach, and provide critical analysis to colleagues and partners

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience focused on customer-related quantitative analytics, market research, customer experience analytics, marketing research, or related customer insights roles, including experience overseeing complex research initiatives
  • University degree in market research, statistics, social sciences, data science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience designing and leading end-to-end quantitative research
  • Advanced experience analyzing quantitative data using SPSS or comparable statistical software
  • Proficiency in significance testing, regression, segmentation, weighting, driver analysis, factor analysis, predictive modeling, or choice modeling
  • Proven ability to integrate primary research with operational, behavioral, secondary, or market data
  • Experience developing, managing, or enhancing customer, brand, market, or customer experience measurement frameworks
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights and recommendations for senior executives and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency with survey and reporting platforms such as Qualtrics
  • Demonstrated commitment to research rigor, ethics, data integrity, and quality assurance
  • Candidates must meet government security requirements
  • Preference will be given to candidates legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of application
