Responsibilities

Configure and maintain the Hastus environment, ensuring its availability, performance, and security
Manage user access and profiles in accordance with security policies and operational requirements
Configure business rules and develop attributes or formulas
Manage or collaborate on integrations with other systems, including the creation of OIG/OIRs
Extract data from Hastus and transfer it to the operational data warehouse
Develop automation scripts for data transfers
Participate in integration testing and user acceptance testing
Install new software versions
Provide user support, handle technical incidents, diagnose issues, and implement fixes
Monitor system performance and health
Keep technical documentation up to date
Work on other client systems within the scope of expertise

Hold at least a college diploma (DEC) in computer science or a related field
Have a minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience as a programmer analyst
Have contributed to at least TWO (2) engagements completed within the past FIVE (5) years (after August 28, 2021) in technology environments comparable to the client’s
Proficiency in SQL and .NET
Experience in an application system administrator role
Participation in a Hastus software upgrade project
Demonstrated knowledge of Talend tools (ETL, ESB)
Any relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, PMP, or equivalent) may be presented
Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to plan and track multiple activities simultaneously
Professional rigor and strong organizational skills
