- Product Consultant supporting bank and ecosystem partner sales of FISPAN’s embedded banking SaaS platform. Providing product demonstrations, configuration support, and pre-sales technical consulting.
Responsibilities
- Articulate product features and benefits accurately during sales presentations
- Provide technical support for product configuration and validation for sales demonstrations
- Participate in client-facing and partner-facing meetings
- Observe, learn, and contribute to product discussions
- Identify and promptly escalate product-related sales blockers or client objections to senior team members
- Adhere to team processes
- Use CRM and demo platforms accurately
- Contribute to data reliability and knowledge documentation
- Support Bank Partner sales cycles with client product consulting
- Help sales and Ecosystem Partner teams position and sell the FISPAN platform effectively
Requirements
- Background in customer service
- Experience in customer sales
- Good communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
- Good team working skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in verbal and written English
- French is an asset
- Preferred background in business administration, SaaS, banking, or a related field
