About the role
- Product Enablement Specialist co-op translating FISPAN’s embedded banking platform into guides, training, and launch materials. Supporting bank partners and internal teams through documentation and product enablement.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and maintain Product Guides and “How-To” articles for embedded banking tools
- Support development of training materials, including slide decks, videos, product tours, and interactive modules
- Assist in managing enablement project lifecycles and synchronize documentation with product releases
- Organize and optimize the internal LMS or documentation knowledge base
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate technical features into user enablement materials
- Gather feedback on training materials and documentation to identify improvements and clarifications
- Support partners, clients, internal teams, and bank partners in understanding FISPAN’s platform
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program; Business, Communications, Computer Science, or English/Professional Writing preferred
- Clear, concise, and professional writing and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex ideas simply
- Willingness to learn new software platforms or ERP systems
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or an LMS is a major plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
- Curiosity about FinTech and global banking infrastructure
- Ability to work from the downtown Vancouver office
- Experience with screen-recording/video editing tools is a bonus
- Interest in Agile or Scrum project management frameworks is a bonus
- Previous customer-facing or tutoring experience is a bonus
