Network surveillance technician ensuring the availability of charging stations at FLO. Collaborating with teams to diagnose and restore critical services in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
🌍 **Work location & flexibility**
Candidate based in Quebec: hybrid — remote work with in-person collaboration 2 days per week.
Candidate based in Montreal: fully remote; our team is primarily split between Quebec and Montreal.
**Actively monitor the network status** of charging stations;
**Investigate and document anomalies** or alarms detected on the network;
**Create incident or troubleshooting tickets**, prioritize and escalate to the appropriate resources;
Ensure **close follow-up on open tickets** with various stakeholders to obtain a resolution as quickly as possible;
**Collaborate** closely with the **Customer Experience** department to communicate progress and resolution of issues;
Actively participate in the **improvement and evolution of internal processes**.
Requirements

🎓 **Education & technical skills**
DEC in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrotechnology, or equivalent;
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
Experience diagnosing remote system issues;
Ability to thoroughly document the nature of problems and the actions taken;
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written; you will be required to write reports, communicate with colleagues, partners, or suppliers, and operate in operational situations where clarity and precision are essential in both languages.
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders;
Familiarity with Office tools or equivalents.
