Service Relationship Manager guiding strategic customers through Fortinet’s premium cybersecurity support services. Managing Success Plans, governance, escalations, service reviews, and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
Establish and nurture strategic customer relationships for Fortinet’s premium Advanced Support services
Align Advanced Support deliverables and expertise with customer business priorities
Oversee service-delivery governance by analyzing trends, producing service reports, and recommending service-use optimization
Act as the customer advocate within Fortinet and collaborate across departments to achieve customer outcomes
Partner with Technical Account Managers to resolve customer issues
Participate in pre-sales activities and help ensure delivery teams are prepared to provide support
Address evolving service needs, maximize value, and promote adoption
Develop and manage Success Plans for Advanced Support engagements
Serve as the trusted advisor and primary Services and Support contact
Facilitate meetings and engage resources for issue resolution and proactive service delivery
Ensure Advanced Support delivery meets or exceeds operational KPIs
Lead engagement among service delivery teams, customers, sales teams, and stakeholders
Establish executive and senior customer relationships
Address customer satisfaction issues and ensure follow-up actions are completed
Produce weekly and quarterly service performance and lifecycle management reports
Conduct Quarterly Service Reviews and provide service-utilization insights and recommendations
Manage technical and service escalations and prepare customer and executive updates
Negotiate, document, and communicate customer governance structures
Collaborate with account teams on sales strategy, revenue opportunities, and contract renewals
Drive continuous process improvements
Requirements
Completed Fortinet FCP training and certification or equivalent NSE 4 and NSE 5 credentials
Demonstrated experience in Service Delivery and/or Customer Success, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment
Relevant technical background in networking and security
Understanding of service excellence and identifying improvement opportunities
Ability to comprehend technical concepts and translate them into business-focused, value-centric language
