About the role
- Software Developer building full-stack web applications for Intelex’s global EHSQ software platform. Delivering agile features across React, Node.js, Azure, AWS, .NET, and SQL stacks.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features and solutions supporting customer use cases in existing and new software products
- Work in an agile team environment using continuous improvement in planning, estimating, and building software
- Deliver sprint commitments by proactively working with stakeholders to identify and navigate obstacles
- Build high-performing software across multiple technology stacks and participate in stewardship of the development process
- Collaborate with Architects, QA, Product Management, and other cross-functional project teams
- Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment and DevOps practices
Requirements
- Experience developing large-scale web applications
- Full-stack development across technical stacks including React, TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud (AWS) or equivalent
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Solid understanding of UI and UX principles
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Professional experience within an agile development practice
- Three or more years of professional web application development experience for intermediate candidates
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Public Safety Verification
- Preferred: Master’s Degree and/or vendor certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Professional
