About the role

  • YouTube Creative Producer quality-checking B2B scripts, edits, titles, and thumbnails for Foundation. Serving as the final brand and creative sign-off before client approval.

Responsibilities

  • Review scripts for hook strength, pacing, structure, retention potential, and overall quality
  • Review finished video edits against brand standards before client approval
  • Provide production partners and creators with specific, actionable feedback
  • Track whether feedback is being applied over time
  • Judge titles and thumbnails for brand and packaging fit
  • Apply a GEO checklist during quality review and flag issues before Strategy review
  • Serve as the sign-off gate before videos move to client approval
  • Flag recurring quality issues with creators or production partners to the Coordinator and AM
  • Participate in GEO and YouTube strategy planning calls when topics or formats affect script or video craft
  • Maintain a lightweight record of reviewed and approved work per client
  • Ensure every shipped video passes quality and brand review before reaching the client
  • Keep script feedback turnaround from bottlenecking production
  • Flag recurring creator or partner quality issues before they repeat a third time

Requirements

  • 3+ years reviewing, directing, or producing video content in an agency, in-house brand, or media environment
  • At least 1 year with brand or creative QA as a named part of the role
  • Portfolio or work history showing video reviewed or directed against a brand standard
  • Experience working on or reviewing content for B2B or professional-audience channels
  • Fluency with YouTube Studio analytics, including retention curves, CTR against channel baselines, and drop-off interpretation
  • Working knowledge of Frame.io or an equivalent video review platform
  • Working knowledge of project management systems such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday
  • Basic fluency with Figma, Photoshop, or Canva for thumbnail and packaging feedback
  • Daily use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for script review, feedback drafting, or QA workflows
  • Ability to identify and explain issues with hooks, pacing, and structure in actionable terms
  • Ability to assess finished-video quality, thumbnail click potential, brand fit, and pacing
  • Ability to maintain a consistent brand standard across multiple clients and production partners
  • Ability to overlap with EST for 4–5 hours daily
