Responsibilities

Perform MRP, documentation, and physical production-release tasks for products
Track and update products
Communicate directly with all departments except R&D
Release new products into production and create items, bills of materials, manufacturing routings, procedures, and binders
Modify assembly procedures
Update bills of materials and manufacturing routings in the MRP system
Help resolve day-to-day issues related to production, receiving, procurement, and sales
Lead and coordinate the exchange of information between departments
Make changes to information and records
Estimate assembly times during the quoting process
Participate in customer meetings to understand requirements
Participate in improvement projects related to production and administrative processes
Perform other related duties

College diploma (DEC/AEC) in industrial or electronics engineering technology, manufacturing engineering, operations management, or equivalent experience
2 to 5 years of experience in production, production support, or engineering
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Thoroughness, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
Versatility, proactivity, and autonomy
Ability to work as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in French, both spoken and written
Intermediate English
