About the role
- Seeking an experienced Production Support Specialist for L3 support, incident management, and platform stability on a large-scale enterprise risk platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead L3 production support and resolve complex production incidents. Monitor application health, data pipelines, and platform performance. Troubleshoot issues across Java services, Oracle databases, Kafka, and REST APIs. Coordinate production releases and support CI/CD processes. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure platform stability. Drive operational excellence through monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Production Support, L3 Support, or Platform Engineering experience. Java & Spring Boot, Oracle SQL, Kafka or JMS, REST APIs & Microservices, OpenShift/Kubernetes, GitHub/Bitbucket & CI/CD, ServiceNow, AppDynamics, Splunk, or ELK. Data lineage, data quality, and data reconciliation. Nice to have: Angular or React, Data Lake experience, MongoDB or Couchbase, Enterprise Risk or Financial Services experience, Exposure to GenAI or Agentic AI applications. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in large enterprise or financial services environments is preferred.
