Auto Body Technician repairing structural and non-structural collision damage for Assured Automotive. Disassembling, welding, repairing, and reassembling vehicles while meeting facility KPIs.
Responsibilities
Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
Repair damage to vehicle body panels
Disassemble and reassemble vehicles
Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle
Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle
Use frame equipment
Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity
Contribute directly to KPIs (Sales/CP/EBITDA/BHPD/NPS)
Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance
Work with all team members to achieve the repair facility’s KPIs
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program
Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding)
You are able to lift up to 50 Lbs
You have your own toolbox
Valid driver’s license required
Red Seal or 310B is preferred
I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)
