About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and create role profiles and candidate summaries
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of roles, from sourcing through offer execution
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels
  • Provide practical advice, market insights, and candidate recommendations
  • Guide managers on recruitment processes, standards, and best practices
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments, collect feedback, and keep the process aligned
  • Support recruitment campaigns and targeted hiring initiatives
  • Align talent acquisition activities with workforce needs and hiring plans
  • Improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices and diverse candidate slates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced professional services environment involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with hiring managers to define role scope, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition systems, sourcing tools, and talent market research
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Oracle Cloud Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Ability to attract, assess, and recommend talent with sound judgment and a business-focused approach
  • Stakeholder management skills, credibility, and ability to influence hiring decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Client-focused approach and commitment to a positive hiring experience
  • Adaptability in a changing environment
  • Understanding of the talent market and ability to align hiring approaches with business needs
  • Regular interaction with internal and external clients and Canadian or global teams, both verbally and in writing
  • Resume/CV to be submitted in English and French
