Experienced UX Designer needed for banking client to design intuitive, accessible mobile apps for iOS/Android, supporting self - directed investing.
About the role
- Product Designer with a leading role in shaping user experiences at fintech company Giftbit. Collaborating with teams to deliver elegant solutions and drive customer growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design of Giftbit's v2 product
- Translate genuinely complex B2B requirements into clear interfaces
- Design the reward recipient journey across brands, regions, and configurations
- Collaborate daily with a small engineering team
- Talk to users and internal stakeholders, build prototypes, run usability tests
- Contribute design perspective to cross-functional work with marketing, sales, and support.
Requirements
- 3-5 years combined education and experience in product design
- Ideal portfolio showcasing design process and problem-solving skills
- Experience designing B2B software interfaces with an API first approach
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
- A desire to continuously learn, grow, and adapt in an evolving environment.
- Experience designing user interfaces and interactions for B2B APIs.
- An aptitude and interest for great brand and graphic design.
- Excited about designing for humans using their own AI tools as well as their agents.
