About the role

  • Revenue Technology Analyst supporting GitLab’s DevSecOps go-to-market technology stack. Maintaining revenue tools, integrations, dashboards, vendor processes, and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of the technical roadmap for the revenue lifecycle across a 10+ tool tech stack
  • Support and maintain provisioning, user support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for end users
  • Support stakeholder requests and communication across the revenue technology stack
  • Identify gaps in processes, integrations, and automations; recommend improvements and assist with implementation and expansion of the tech stack
  • Help evaluate new revenue technology solutions
  • Support vendor coordination, procurement, renewals, and quarterly business reviews with IT, Privacy, Legal, and Finance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support tool implementation, adoption, and aligned reporting definitions
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards within revenue tools
  • Document workflows, support processes, and troubleshooting guidance for first-tier sales support and self-service
  • Use internal AI solutions to automate and streamline RevTech and go-to-market workflows

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, system administration, or analytics roles supporting go-to-market teams
  • Hands-on experience with at least two revenue or sales tools such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Kantata, or similar tools
  • Understanding of systems integrations, automations, permissions, and data management concepts
  • Experience leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows, ideally building productivity-accelerating agents and artifacts
  • Exposure to workflows, tooling changes, vendor processes, tool evaluations, rollouts, requirements gathering, implementation planning, or enablement
  • Ability to identify gaps in workflows, processes, and tooling and turn them into practical improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including reporting and dashboard development or partnership
  • Clear, inclusive communication skills and ability to collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, IT, Enablement, Strategy, Legal, and Privacy
  • Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment and ability to prioritize and communicate proactively
  • Interest in GitLab and alignment with its values
  • Exposure to Workato, Zapier, or large language model-powered workflows is helpful but not required
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS go-to-market motions and data skills such as Salesforce reporting, business intelligence, SQL, or Python are helpful but not required
