About the role

  • Intern assisting in product management tasks for Global Industrial, evaluating market trends and supporting project management stages. Engage in vendor onboarding and record maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying category trends and insights by evaluating competitive products, market share, pricing, and advertising strategies
  • Support project management for all stages of product development, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Manage costing, development, and execution in coordination with the master marketing calendar.
  • Assist in onboarding new vendors by gathering required documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies, and coordinating approvals
  • Maintain accurate vendor records, including contracts, pricing agreements, and contact details
  • Support the evaluation of new vendor partnerships by assessing capabilities, pricing structures, and product quality

Requirements

  • 3rd/4th year undergrad student pursuing a major in Economics, Business Administration or related field.
  • Solid analytical skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
