About the role

  • Image and Network Planning Manager for GM Canada, shaping dealer image and network strategy. Collaborating with teams to enhance dealer performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead GM Canada’s dealer facility image program for Chevrolet, Buick and GMC, working with suppliers and field teams to support implementation and ongoing alignment to facility standards.
  • Support Cadillac Image Program execution and dealer network development initiatives.
  • Own dealer network planning activities, including network studies, market analysis, relocation and market area recommendations, and dealer performance insights.
  • Develop reporting, analysis, and presentations that help leadership evaluate network effectiveness and make informed business decisions.
  • Support dealer agreement and performance improvement processes through analysis, issue identification, and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with regional teams, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to solve problems, track progress, and advance key initiatives.
  • Provide coaching, functional leadership, and program oversight within the team.
  • Manage related budgets and program tracking.
  • Supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate Coordinator Network Planning.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to stay aligned on upcoming initiatives.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a University degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of automotive, network planning, retail operations, field, or related experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop clear recommendations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ownership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
