About the role

  • National sales leader scaling Jabra’s AV/SI channels and strategic integrator partnerships across North America. Driving revenue, pipeline, partner programs, and go-to-market execution for audio and video collaboration solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Jabra’s North American AV/SI channel strategy, including partner segmentation, coverage, investment priorities, and growth plans
  • Manage, coach, and develop the AV/SI channel team through clear goals, operating rhythms, and performance expectations
  • Build executive relationships with strategic Systems Integrators and establish multi-year joint business plans aligned to shared growth objectives
  • Own channel revenue, pipeline, forecasting, and partner performance, creating a consistent and disciplined approach to business planning
  • Develop scalable partner programs supporting demand generation, opportunity development, enablement, conversion, and account expansion
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Alliances, Product, and Partner teams to strengthen go-to-market execution and remove barriers to growth
  • Represent Jabra in partner meetings, customer engagements, executive forums, and industry events
  • Provide leadership with market, competitive, and channel insights

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in channel sales, sales leadership, AV integration, Unified Communications, collaboration technologies, strategic partnerships, or a related technology field
  • Demonstrated experience managing indirect sales organizations and strategic partners, including Systems Integrators, AV integrators, distributors, or technology partners
  • Solid understanding of Pro AV, Unified Communications, conferencing, collaboration technologies, indirect sales models, and partner economics
  • Experience developing multi-year business plans, managing revenue and pipeline performance, and using commercial insights to prioritize investments may be required
  • Effective communication with senior stakeholders and ability to build trust across organizations and create alignment in a matrixed and changing environment
