About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, and control all operations of SDE
  • Implement the strategic directions established by the CEO and Board of Directors
  • Define, together with the CEO, the group’s operational vision and performance objectives
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the organization’s annual action plan
  • Coordinate human, financial, material, and technological resources to achieve organizational objectives
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators
  • Identify operational issues and implement the necessary corrective measures
  • Ensure consistency and alignment across the group’s departments and entities
  • Supervise, guide, and support executives and managers
  • Foster collaboration and communication across the organization’s functions
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of senior executives
  • Translate strategic directions into concrete, measurable action plans
  • Coordinate annual planning and operational priorities
  • Monitor strategic projects
  • Participate in the development of budgets and investment plans
  • Advise the CEO on strategic and operational decisions
  • Oversee organizational risk management
  • Develop and implement an organizational development plan
  • Optimize management processes and working methods
  • Support innovation and organizational transformation initiatives
  • Oversee the implementation and improvement of management systems
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability
  • Ensure the application of human resources management policies and practices
  • Promote skills development and employee engagement
  • Maintain a healthy, respectful, and high-performing work environment
  • Support managers in resolving complex organizational issues
  • Monitor organizational commitments and management decisions
  • Prepare periodic reports for the CEO and Board of Directors
  • Participate in preparing governance materials
  • Represent SDE before partners, organizations, and suppliers when authorized
  • Participate in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, real estate, engineering, or another relevant discipline
  • Significant experience in a management or executive leadership position
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience leading organizations or complex projects
  • Excellent understanding of financial, organizational, and operational issues
  • Inspiring and unifying leadership style
  • Strategic vision and strong ability to execute complex operations
  • Excellent organizational and corporate planning skills
  • Sound judgment, autonomy, and decision-making courage
  • Ability to manage growth and change in a growth-oriented environment
  • Pragmatic, results-oriented approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Knowledge of the real estate, construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is a significant asset
