About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to building and improving GoTo’s internal multi-model AI assistant features, including agents, automations, and MCP tool integrations
- Design and develop the internal MCP marketplace that provides authenticated access to MCP tools for Claude, Copilot, and other enterprise-scale AI clients
- Build internal AI tools and drive AI adoption within the engineering organization through demos and technical enablement
- Collaborate with the AI enablement team to deploy end-to-end AI-powered features
- Support enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools
- Lead demos, create internal guides, and engage staff around new ways of working
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and React for building production web applications
- Experience designing or integrating LLM-powered products, including conversational interfaces, agents, and server/tool MCP integrations
- Familiarity with integration platforms/OAuth and API design
- Experience with Go is a plus
- Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor, including agent-like capabilities
- Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and work with product, design, operations, and business stakeholders
- Proven ability to promote and advocate for new technologies across an organization
- French required for roles permanently based in Quebec
- English required to communicate with colleagues, customers, and partners primarily located outside Quebec and to understand technical and scientific documentation in English
