About the role
- Senior FullStack Engineer developing the tooling for Grafana Cloud integrations and observability apps. This role involves working across the full stack and owning projects from problem statement to production.
Responsibilities
- Develop the tooling that powers our portfolio of cloud integrations and observability apps
- Ship features end to end, from the UI a user clicks through to the backend services
- Move between parts of the stack as the work demands
- Own projects from problem statement to production
- Contribute upstream to Prometheus, OpenTelemetry and Grafana Alloy
- Join the on-call rotation for the services you own
Requirements
- Interest in working across the full stack, with a product-focused mindset
- Experience on both the backend and the frontend. We use Go and TypeScript; solid experience with comparable languages translates well
- Fluency with AI-assisted development. You use coding agents and LLM tooling as part of how you work
- Comfort being visible. You raise concerns early, advocate for your team's work across the org
- Working knowledge of the observability ecosystem: Prometheus, Grafana dashboards, alerting
- Strong written communication.
