Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality actionable advice through a variety of media.
Write provocative and pragmatic research that is clear and actionable.
Provide high quality and timely research content peer review.
Create and deliver presentations for webinars, onsite engagements, and Gartner conferences.
Track vendors, market trends and emerging practices to remain ahead of the curve within these areas, and adjacent spaces (e.g., digital transformation, culture change, and quality practices).
Deliver outstanding sales support to retain and grow the Gartner business.
Build credibility as an industry expert to represent Gartner research, methodology and strategy.
Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions and collaborate effectively with peers in the research community.
Identify research process improvements or develop new processes that help the team and Research & Advisory provide excellent service delivery.
Be a mentor and a coach by supporting more junior team members.
Requirements
Subject matter expertise, with demonstrated knowledge of AI Governance programs and practices.
Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Professional Qualification, or 12+ years direct experience in a field related to AI Governance.
An understanding of the AI Governance market: Who are the key vendors in this space? What capabilities are must have? Where is the market heading?
Hands-on experience in establishing or being involved in an AI Governance initiative.
Deep understanding of the relationship and intersection between Data Governance and AI Governance.
Strong organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables.
Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions.
Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data; can effectively apply patterns and frameworks while drawing and defending conclusions to client challenges.
Strong communicator who can explain complex concepts concisely and simply.
Ability to confidently speak to C-Level Executives and provide actionable insights or explain concepts targeted and relatable to their role.
Subject matter expert comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements.
Strong business and financial acumen.
Ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support the workflow of others, in a multicultural global team.
Learning agile and adept with navigating highly matrixed environments.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (where applicable).
