About the role
- ITIL v4+ Trainer delivering official ITIL training programs and certification support for learners. Facilitating engaging training sessions and maintaining course quality for ITIL certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver official ITIL v4 (and later) training in alignment with PeopleCert standards
- Facilitate interactive virtual or in‑person training sessions
- Coach and support learners throughout the certification journey
- Prepare participants for ITIL exams and issue official exam vouchers
- Maintain high training quality and learner satisfaction
- Keep course content updated with the latest ITIL and PeopleCert requirements
Requirements
- PeopleCert‑Accredited ITIL v4+ Trainer, authorized to deliver official courses and issue exam vouchers
- Valid ITIL training certification through PeopleCert
- Proven experience delivering ITIL Foundation and advanced modules
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication abilities
- Ability to train diverse technical and business audiences in both virtual and in‑person formats
- Deep expertise in ITIL v4 and ITSM best practices
- Excellent instructional, presentation, and learner‑engagement skills
- Professional, organized, and customer‑focused approach
