- Program controls specialist supporting Honeywell Aerospace aerospace and defense projects. Tracking budgets, schedules, milestones, metrics, and corrective actions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and publish metrics and reports
- Analyze program performance
- Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Improve processes
- Analyze cost and schedule integration
- Track budgets and program financial data
- Maintain schedules and track milestones
- Support project planning and scheduling
- Monitor project costs and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Analyze project performance metrics
- Report directly to the Sr. Program Controls Manager
Requirements
- Candidates must be eligible for CGP and/or CSP security clearance
- Post Secondary education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science or Engineering, Finance or Accounting or related field
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- Ability to work in a large, co-located, and diverse team in a matrix work environment
- User experience of the SAP system
- Proficient Microsoft Office package skills, including Excel, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management
- Experience using Earned Value Metrics, Estimate at Completion growth, and Milestone Fidelity
