About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide daily service to insured clients in partnership with one or more Account Executives
- Manage communications with insurance providers
- Collaborate with a Technical Assistant to issue outgoing documents and process billing
- Work with the marketing team to place renewal and new business accounts
- Provide prompt and professional service in response to clients’ day-to-day needs
- Maintain thorough documentation for each account in accordance with HUB and Autorité des marchés financiers standards
- Manage activities within client accounts
- Participate in developing placement strategies
- Prepare and submit applications to insurers
- Follow up with insurers and clients
- Verify the accuracy of insurance policies and endorsements and track required corrections
- Keep submissions up to date and prepare cover notes, service proposals, insurance summaries, and terms comparisons
- Draft instructions for certificates of insurance and ensure compliance
- Prepare billing instructions
- Ensure billing accuracy
- Oversee the processing of renewals, including billing according to established schedules
Requirements
- College diploma
- Valid Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) licence in Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Excellent spoken and written French
- Good command of English, essential for communications and transactions with international clients
- Strong attention to detail
