• Own day-to-day execution of catering, delivery, and event operations across the assigned market
• Plan and coordinate the local network of Captains, assigning gigs, setting logistics, and communicating expectations
• Recruit and onboard Captains and connect them with service and food safety training
• Partner with Sales and Food Partner Management to ensure a smooth handoff from booking to execution
• Oversee hub readiness, including supply and equipment stock, uniform inventory, contractor check-in/dispatch flow, and hub cleanliness and organization
• Build and manage logistics plans, contractor scheduling coverage, and inventory
• Manage local vendor and logistics relationships
• Monitor service quality in real time and resolve operational risks
• Track and report market-level operational metrics to the National Director of Operations
• Maintain food safety and workplace safety compliance
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable direct HUNGRY employees, including Hub Operators, onsite General Managers, and Hospitality Associates
• Hire, onboard, and train onsite service staff
• Manage direct-report performance through check-ins, coaching, and corrective action
• Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and hospitality-first service
• Complete time and attendance tracking, expense management, purchasing and receiving, and inventory reporting
• Maintain accurate records supporting payroll, budgeting, and audit needs
