About the role
- Oracle Cloud P2P consulting manager leading Higher Education procurement transformations at Huron. Designing implementations, advising executives, and developing consulting teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation programs for Higher Education organizations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and supply chain modernization recommendations
- Lead solution design and implementation across Oracle P2P, including Sourcing, Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal/Management and Accounts Payable
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, risk management, and post-go-live support
- Lead, coach, and develop consulting team members through active performance management, mentoring, training, and career development activities
- Partner with Higher Education institutions to optimize procurement operations, supplier management, inventory practices, and organizational efficiency
- Drive financial performance of engagements, including resource planning, budget management, and delivery excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of end-to-end implementation or production support experience of Oracle Cloud P2P
- Prior experience leading or supporting implementations for clients in Higher Education strongly preferred
- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
