About the role
- Senior Manager leading Oracle Cloud Time & Labor implementations for Huron, a global consultancy. Designing workforce management solutions and advising HR, Payroll, and Operations stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (OTL) and Workforce Management solutions
- Gather requirements, design, configure, test, deploy, and provide post-go-live support
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and business stakeholders to design scalable workforce management solutions
- Serve as Solution Architect for Time & Labor
- Drive solution design for time entry, time calculation rules, overtime, scheduling, shift differentials, labor costing, and approval workflows
- Collaborate with Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR teams
- Ensure seamless integration, workforce compliance, and accurate payroll processing
- Serve in client-facing engagements through pursuit to delivery
- Manage projects and conduct intensive data analysis
- Contribute to practice development and mentor assigned coachees
- Perform project and organizational administrative tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 7-10+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM consulting experience focused on Time & Labor (OTL) and Workforce Management
- Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Time & Labor implementation experiences
- Experience leading requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
- Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to mentor team members and contribute across multiple engagements
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed
- Canadian citizenship required for TN visa travel to the U.S., as needed
