Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform Level 1 supervision of registered individuals within assigned branches
- Conduct annual branch reviews and prepare follow-up reports
- Approve KYC updates and new account openings
- Train advisors and support staff on applicable policies and procedures
- Oversee branch compliance and support advisors with regulatory adherence
Requirements
- More than two years of experience in the financial services industry
- Advanced English proficiency
- Ability to communicate by email, telephone, and videoconference with unilingual English-speaking internal and external teams daily
