About the role
- Business Improvement Advisor advancing AI, automation, and low-code solutions at Investia Financial Services. Improving processes, guiding optimization initiatives, and monitoring operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop practical low-code solutions and related tools, including Power Platform, automation technologies, and artificial intelligence tools
- Develop and implement efficiency strategies addressing current business needs and supporting their evolution
- Guide leaders through optimization initiatives, from identifying high-potential initiatives to measuring tangible results
- Engage stakeholders at appropriate stages to support successful implementation
- Support a proactive culture focused on efficiency and agility while encouraging stakeholder accountability
- Contribute to strategic objectives and promote them to increase visibility and organizational alignment
- Foster knowledge sharing and adoption of leading practices across Investia
- Research and benchmark innovative practices
- Implement visual management based on “See Together, Understand Together, Act Together” principles
- Identify and monitor key performance indicators related to efficiency and innovation
Requirements
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience
- At least five years of relevant professional experience
- Strong communication, engagement, and influencing skills
- Analytical mindset, creativity, proactive approach, and solution-finding ability
- Curiosity and active interest in new practices and ideas
- Comfort learning through action and working in ambiguous situations
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with varied stakeholders
- Knowledge of Lean principles, considered an asset
- Comfort working in a sales and distribution environment, considered an asset
- Advanced English and French proficiency
