Responsibilities
Advise IT delivery teams and business partners on integrating security requirements and risk management best practices into technology initiatives
Provide advisory support throughout the design, implementation, operation, and evolution phases of technology solutions
Assess risks related to technology solutions, data, and business processes
Formulate pragmatic, actionable recommendations tailored to diverse technological and business contexts
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization’s cybersecurity posture and the maturity of teams
Act as a trusted partner for technical and business stakeholders
Leverage, when relevant, artificial intelligence tools (e.g., Copilot, generative AI) to support analysis, documentation, and process optimization
Requirements
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Data Science, or an equivalent academic background
Has a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in information security, technology, or risk management
Demonstrates strong expertise in information security frameworks, principles, and practices (CISSP, CCSP, or CRISC certifications are considered assets)
Is recognized for their ability to influence, communicate clearly, and provide advisory guidance without formal authority
Demonstrates rigor, objectivity, autonomy, flexibility, tolerance for ambiguity, and a strong commitment to continuous learning
Is known for their ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and build strong relationships with vendors and external partners
Experience with or interest in using artificial intelligence tools (e.g., Copilot, generative AI) to support analysis, writing, or process optimization (an asset)
An advanced level of French proficiency is required
An intermediate level of English proficiency is required
