About the role
- Student Intern supporting Celestica’s Global Information Security team. Assisting with security activities, project management, and gaining insights into real-world information security.
Responsibilities
- Assist team members with various security solution management and monitoring as required
- Participate in security solution development and testing
- Identify opportunities for potential new solutions based on observations of activities and solutions already in place
- Team website development/maintenance
- Create and deliver follow-up communications to various teams for security findings/reports and/or incidents
- Participate in project management and risk management activities
- Having fun while learning more about information security and what it means in a real-world environment
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an Internship program completing 3rd year of a 4-year University program or 2nd year of 3-year Diploma in any program that provides exposure to information security-related courses
