About the role

Student Intern supporting Celestica’s Global Information Security team. Assisting with security activities, project management, and gaining insights into real-world information security.

Responsibilities

Assist team members with various security solution management and monitoring as required
Participate in security solution development and testing
Identify opportunities for potential new solutions based on observations of activities and solutions already in place
Team website development/maintenance
Create and deliver follow-up communications to various teams for security findings/reports and/or incidents
Participate in project management and risk management activities
Having fun while learning more about information security and what it means in a real-world environment

Currently enrolled in an Internship program completing 3rd year of a 4-year University program or 2nd year of 3-year Diploma in any program that provides exposure to information security-related courses

Experience working for one of the largest Canadian global technology companies
Possibility of a student casual contract position after completion of internship
