About the role

  • Technical Solutions Consultant implementing integrations, APIs, and custom solutions for Innosphere’s technology clients. Translating customer needs into scalable workflows across cloud and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to design and implement technical solutions that solve business problems
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
  • Build, configure, and test integrations, APIs, and workflows across platforms and tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Provide clear explanations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Document technical designs, configuration steps, and best practices
  • Explore automation and optimization opportunities to improve customer efficiency
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new products, platforms, and integration tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, systems integration, solutions engineering, or systems engineering
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly understand complex systems and processes
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter with initiative, resourcefulness, and passion for learning new technologies
  • Familiarity with integration concepts, REST and SOAP APIs, JSON and XML data formats, and database platforms
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure is a plus
  • Experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or SSIS is nice to have
  • Knowledge of automation or RPA platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or Playwright is nice to have
  • Proficiency in SQL is nice to have
  • Development experience with Python, C#, or Java is nice to have
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is nice to have
  • Experience with Databricks or Snowflake is nice to have
  • Experience integrating AI tools and LLMs into customer workflows, including prompt design, API orchestration, and AI-assisted automations is nice to have
  • Exposure to ERP systems or similar enterprise platforms is nice to have
  • Must be currently residing in Canada and legally permitted to work in Canada
