Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor managing full-cycle recruitment for Indero, a global dermatology and rheumatology clinical research CRO. Partnering with hiring managers to source and select bilingual talent across Canada.
Responsibilities
Support implementation of the overall talent and recruitment strategy
Act as a business partner to hiring managers in attracting and selecting top talent
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process and candidate experience
Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting plans with hiring managers
Coach and guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices
Coordinate job postings in the Applicant Tracking System and manage candidate statuses
Identify effective sourcing channels for positions and skillsets
Conduct screening interviews and prepare shortlists for hiring managers
Serve as the candidate point of contact throughout recruitment
Maintain talent acquisition application systems and recruitment accounts
Manage pre-employment processes, including background verification and references
Support employer branding initiatives and establish social media strategy for open positions
Proactively source talent using appropriate platforms
Develop and update recruiting reports and analytics
Lead and participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives
Prepare offer details for offer letters and employment contracts
Work with the HR Business Partner to support transition into onboarding
Requirements
University degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or other relevant field of study
5-7 years’ experience recruiting in-company
Experience with Applicant Tracking System and candidate sourcing
Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Demonstrated ability to develop creative strategies and approaches for recruiting and identifying exceptional talent
High degree of confidentiality, professionalism and diplomacy
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Good knowledge of good clinical practices, and applicable Health Canada and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations/guidelines
