About the role

  • Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor managing full-cycle recruitment for Indero, a global dermatology and rheumatology clinical research CRO. Partnering with hiring managers to source and select bilingual talent across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of the overall talent and recruitment strategy
  • Act as a business partner to hiring managers in attracting and selecting top talent
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process and candidate experience
  • Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting plans with hiring managers
  • Coach and guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices
  • Coordinate job postings in the Applicant Tracking System and manage candidate statuses
  • Identify effective sourcing channels for positions and skillsets
  • Conduct screening interviews and prepare shortlists for hiring managers
  • Serve as the candidate point of contact throughout recruitment
  • Maintain talent acquisition application systems and recruitment accounts
  • Manage pre-employment processes, including background verification and references
  • Support employer branding initiatives and establish social media strategy for open positions
  • Proactively source talent using appropriate platforms
  • Develop and update recruiting reports and analytics
  • Lead and participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives
  • Prepare offer details for offer letters and employment contracts
  • Work with the HR Business Partner to support transition into onboarding

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or other relevant field of study
  • 5-7 years’ experience recruiting in-company
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System and candidate sourcing
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative strategies and approaches for recruiting and identifying exceptional talent
  • High degree of confidentiality, professionalism and diplomacy
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Good knowledge of good clinical practices, and applicable Health Canada and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations/guidelines
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
