Responsibilities

Support data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes

Support accurate and reliable reporting through high-quality data practices
Assist in automating data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Contribute to analytics and insights that support sound financial and operational decisions
Maintain documentation to ensure sustainability and knowledge sharing
Follow data governance, privacy, and security standards
Support data accuracy, lineage, and consistency across systems
Identify and escalate data quality issues or risks in a timely manner
Contribute to responsible handling of sensitive and confidential information
Requirements
Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in a data, analytics, or technical role (co-op or internship experience considered an asset)
Foundational knowledge of data concepts including databases, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling
Experience or exposure to SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
High attention to detail with an appreciation for data quality and integrity
Comfortable learning and working with new technologies in a fast-changing environment
