About the role

  • Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Analyst transforming Instacart’s grocery-delivery finance systems. Building BIP reports, FBDI workflows, integrations, and transactional document templates.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design, development, and delivery of custom reports, data integration interfaces, document templates, and REST/SOAP API solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Build and maintain production-ready Oracle BIP data models, RTF templates, scheduled bursting jobs, and parameterized reports exposed as REST endpoints
  • Configure and maintain BICC extracts for data warehouse integration and downstream analytics
  • Design and customize invoices, credit memos, statements, and purchase order templates using RTF and XML Publisher
  • Build and maintain FBDI templates, automation scripts, and inbound/outbound CSV, XML, and JSON interfaces across Fusion modules
  • Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and BIP-generated endpoints
  • Document O2C, R2R, and P2P transformation solutions in Confluence and track development tasks in Jira
  • Provide status updates to executive stakeholders through steering committee and roadmap planning cycles
  • Partner with Finance, Platform Engineering, and the CTO organization on transformation initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development experience
  • Deep expertise in Oracle BIP: data models, RTF templates, XML Publisher, parameter-driven reports, and bursting
  • Proven experience building FBDI templates across multiple Fusion modules (AR, AP, GL, FA, or similar)
  • Strong BICC configuration and data extraction experience for analytics and data warehouse use cases
  • Experience designing and customizing Oracle Fusion invoice templates and other external-facing transactional documents using RTF and XML
  • Proficiency with XML, XSLT, and XPath for document and data transformation
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent middleware for REST/SOAP API development
  • Strong written communication skills — comfortable producing technical specs, interface docs, and steerco-ready summaries
