About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications to meet regulatory and organizational requirements
- Design and implement full-stack solutions using Power Pages, Power Apps, and Power Automate (Flow)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that align with regulatory objectives
- Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise platforms and data sources
- Maintain application security, performance, and scalability standards
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for improved reliability and efficiency
- Document development processes, configurations, and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience working in complex, regulated, or enterprise environments is an asset
- Full-stack development expertise, including both front-end and back-end technologies
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service module customization and development tools
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Pages, Power Apps, and Power Automate (Flow)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
