Sale/lease of municipally-owned land;
Public funding application and financial structuring assistance;
Business retention and expansion assistance;
Film/TV attraction and administration;
Support for company export initiatives;
Market analysis; and
Liaise with Provincial and Federal governments to support business and facilitate market development and trade opportunities.
