Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 support for Veeva applications, including Veeva CRM, Vault, Network, and Vault CRM
Resolve incidents escalated from Level 1
Resolve incident and service request tickets in the ticketing system
Conduct root cause analyses and ensure the timely resolution of technical or operational issues
Manage client expectations and maintain excellent relationships through clear, proactive communication
Document solutions, processes, and best practices to promote knowledge sharing
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and contribute to system improvements
Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
Stay current on new Veeva releases and industry best practices
Continuously develop skills to meet the organization’s evolving needs
Requirements
1–3 years of CRM experience, including at least 1 year specifically with Veeva CRM
Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM required
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical (Life Sciences) sales processes
Experience configuring Veeva CRM, including custom objects, page layouts, reports, and CLM
Familiarity with data migration and data-related troubleshooting
Veeva CRM certification required
Salesforce Developer certification is an asset
Veeva Vault certification preferred
Experience supporting Vault and Network is an asset
Knowledge of document management systems and Vault lifecycle configurations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of global, cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence
Knowledge of compliance requirements and data management in the Life Sciences sector
Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Service Cloud
