Requirements
Senior or above craft depth with a portfolio that shows clarity, systems thinking, and high visual polish
Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end discovery and translate insights into durable patterns and shipped outcomes
Experience mentoring or managing designers, including running 1:1s and giving actionable feedback
Strength in cross‑functional leadership with PM and Engineering to co‑lead strategy and execution
Comfort owning design operations and standards for your own product area, including accessibility and component usage from our Design System
