Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in experience design
Experience working in a matrixed environment within a large organization
Strong knowledge of behavioral research principles, trend and market monitoring, and CX data analysis
Proficient in design thinking principles
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Mural
Skilled in storytelling and delivering impactful presentations
Strong command of omnichannel and business terminology
Fluency in French and intermediate proficiency in English
