About the role

  • Member and Partner Experience Design Consultant at Beneva enhancing customer experience for members and partners through design strategies. Leading workshops and collaborating with various business sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor experience-related trends and competitor activity
  • Prepare and facilitate design thinking workshops
  • Work closely with various business units
  • Collaborate closely with CX, omnichannel, and digital experts
  • Identify qualitative research needs and contribute to conducting research activities
  • Design or guide the design of experience prototypes and test them using an iterative approach
  • Contribute to the development of Beneva’s design community of practice and design toolkit

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in experience design
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment within a large organization
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral research principles, trend and market monitoring, and CX data analysis
  • Proficient in design thinking principles
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Mural
  • Skilled in storytelling and delivering impactful presentations
  • Strong command of omnichannel and business terminology
  • Fluency in French and intermediate proficiency in English
