About the role

Senior Security Engineer responsible for automating vulnerability engineering processes at Jane. Collaborating with development teams to enhance security measures and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and own the vulnerability engineering pipeline\n• Raise the team's bar for building with AI by experimenting openly\n• Partner deeply with dev teams across Jane to make security feel like a service\n• Coordinate complex, multi-team vulnerability findings\n• Contribute to the team's on-call rotation

Demonstrated depth in security engineering, including shipped automation, pipelines, or internal security tooling that other teams actually used\n• Hands-on experience with Python and CI/CD security integrations, particularly GitHub Actions\n• Applied knowledge of web and API vulnerability classes\n• Familiarity with SAST, SCA, secret detection, DAST, and ASPM tooling\n• A track record of cross-team influence without authority\n• A track record as a force multiplier\n• Must be currently living and working in Canada and do not require sponsorship.
