About the role
- Product Manager improving Jerry.ai’s AI-powered insurance marketplace growth funnel. Owning customer insights, experiments, launches, and product delivery across expanding asset-insurance verticals.
Responsibilities
- Own product walkthroughs, user feedback synthesis, new feature builds, product launches, and funnel improvements
- Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points
- Monitor reviews, support tickets, and research to turn customer feedback into actionable insights
- Drive bug triage and resolution with engineering
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, beginning with landing pages and compliance-driven features
- Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design
- Partner with Design and Engineering to ship experiences balancing speed, clarity, and trust
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and requirements
- Report directly to the VP of Growth
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing across time zones
- Work in weekly sprints and accelerate product launches
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally consumer-facing products
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize messy signals into clear recommendations
- Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination
- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
