About the role
- Senior Product Manager building Agentic AI products for Jerry.ai, an AI platform for managing car and home ownership. Leading LLM platform strategy, customer experiences, experimentation, and OpenAI integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of Jerry.ai’s AI platform and customer experiences, from roadmap through rollout
- Partner with engineers on prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails while balancing latency, cost, and accuracy
- Translate technical concepts between engineering and the broader organization
- Establish AI best practices and platform standards
- Drive improvements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through experimentation
- Work with OpenAI partners to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation
- Own the roadmap and platform organization for customer-facing AI, including voicebot, computer use, and consumer AI applications
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar at a fast-paced startup
- Passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs
- Track record of turning complex, strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
- Strong understanding of API design and system architecture
- Familiarity with SQL and ability to use data to answer questions and validate hypotheses
- Experience designing prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and AI guardrails
- Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards
- Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
