About the role

  • Territory Sales Manager selling Ki Mobility, Convaid, R82, and STAR complex rehab products across British Columbia. Supporting clinicians and suppliers while achieving territory sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts in the designated British Columbia territory
  • Grow business segments by supporting and educating rehab clinicians and complex rehab suppliers on Ki Mobility, Convaid, R82, and STAR products, programs, and opportunities
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to achieve territory sales targets
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer and business relationships
  • Manage business expenses according to the travel expense policy
  • Analyze territory and market potential using Qlik, KIO, Asset Panda, and other company technology for strategic territory planning
  • Gather market-needs information and provide ongoing product-improvement input
  • Manage key accounts and ensure market penetration across product segments
  • Understand and communicate product features, clinical benefits, pricing, and reimbursement requirements compared with competitive products
  • Maintain accurate records and track the movement of territory sample fleet using Asset Panda
  • Define product-category sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, especially with marketing and customer service, to implement and support products
  • Schedule and conduct weekly clinical in-services for customers and clinicians
  • Attend trade shows and assist with exhibition-stand setup
  • Provide data analysis and reporting on product categories as requested
  • Organize travel call patterns and appointment calendars for efficient territory coverage
  • Routinely service customer locations throughout the territory with daily and overnight travel
  • Follow company safety, quality, ethical, confidentiality, and other standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in a clinical field (OT, PT, Kinesiology)
  • 3-5 years of experience in the complex rehab industry
  • Experience and proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
  • Intermediate level experience with computer applications
  • ATP certification is preferred
  • Clinical or sales experience or ATP certification is highly preferred
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Strong business acumen, including understanding of market potential, profit margins, and contract development and negotiation
  • Ability to attain and/or exceed sales goals
  • Strong presentation, listening, analytical, written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, handle, load, and unload products, including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work extended hours, including weekends
  • Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the position
