Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and teams to design and execute effective hiring strategies
- Support hiring decisions with data and market insights
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for prioritized requisitions
- Monitor market intelligence and industry developments
- Navigate complex environments and challenge stakeholders when needed
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process
- Remove blockers and deliver high-value hires
- Use AI to make recruiting work faster and better
- Champion Kraken’s culture and assess candidate alignment with its mission and values
- Contribute to cross-functional projects improving global recruiting infrastructure
Requirements
- Recruitment experience in a reputable, fast-growing, high-bar technology/product business
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or another product-driven organization is advantageous
- Ability to think from first principles and diagnose hiring-manager needs
- Fluent day-to-day use of AI for sourcing, screening, market mapping, and reporting
- Strong product sense
- Solid understanding of talent acquisition fundamentals
- Creativity and inquisitiveness in applying modern recruiting tactics
- High agency, bias for action, and ability to influence stakeholders and close exceptional talent
- Comfort with ambiguity and urgency in a fully async, remote-native setting
- Interest in financial technologies and cryptocurrency
